Hey guys, this is a clip that we took from stream a couple days ago where I was testing some functionality of crit reactive procs. Seems to be a bug. I tried to edit it down as much as possible, I didn't want to post it raw because it would've been like a 30 minute video. Let me know what you guys think about this. I'm not sure it's actually from Spell Batching, because the batch window is MUCH bigger than frame of time that you can force the procs while sitting.

I don't think that this is very practical in a PvP situation, unless you're rooted or stunned (if that still works, we'll see). But what do you guys think? Legit or bug?
